We learned a lot. Thank you for attending our grading yesterday (01/07/2017) and opening our minds to the myriad ways of inflicting pain!!!
It was really appreciated – and great to finally meet you in person
I will go through your own Ju-Jitsu Black Belt syllabus to see what I am capable of, then train to achieve that Grade.
I am so thrilled and inspired by achieving my Dan grade, I want to learn more.
I attend the Shaolin Temple in London twice a year for a week to learn of their Tai-Chi principles.

After 46 years of learning and associating with different groups, I have found IMASA to be the group I have always looked for. Friendly personalities, quick response to questions and an excellent service. Paul, keep up the good work and I will continue to support and help you, the association and fellow members.

Hi Paul, Lee and I would like to thank you and the IMASA for how fast you sorted it all out and also all your help you have given us since joining you, everything runs so much smoother with correspondence and licensing a far cry from the XXX, Keep up the good work and well done to you. Lee is interested in putting the Alliance Shotokan forward for your subcommittee, to help with anything that might be going on within the West Midlands area and aiding instructors starting a new clubs with yourself. One last thing have a; MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR
Thank you from Alliance Shotokan
My club joined IMASA following a rather poor example of service from our previous NGB. I have been an instructor for a number of years and having been a member of other organisations, I can honestly say that our club joining IMASA was the best thing we've ever done. I have to admit though that I did initially approach IMASA with a sense of trepidation as it all seemed too good to be true! I do certainly appreciate the level of support that I have received from IMASA. Not only does IMASA give a fantastic service for brilliant value; it's run with efficiency and professionalism. I'm sure I speak on behalf of all the members of my club when I say that we are proud and glad to be members of IMASA. To me, all this would be nothing of course without the peace of mind from the integrity and honesty I have received from Paul Chambers. Paul has an outstanding character, knowledgeable, gives straight answers and is a joy to work with. Many Thanks, Lee Batchelor

Hi Paul The Ichi Taikan Shotokan club came into being on the 26th of July 2016. The club has 2 Dojo's, one in Whitby and the second at a rural venue in Danby, on the North Yorkshire moors. The clubs first grading's were carried out on the 10th and 13th of December and were a celebration and confirmation, that the club was truly established. We owe a great debt of appreciation to yourself and IMASA. The ease with which you allowed our club to come into being, ensured that the Sensei's, Students and Parents, felt secure, knowing they had the solid support of an established, approachable Association. We look forward to many years with you and on behalf of the whole club and parents, we wish you a very Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year. Oss
After only being with IMASA for a month, I've had nothing but good, friendly support and the freedom to run EMA the way we want to run it. I always feel welcome when i speak to Paul on the phone, and he is always willing to help. Thank you

I can speak for all in the Association that we have been very pleased with the support we have had from yourself and the IMASA during our first year. Regards Dave
Paul, Just a quick email to say thanks for the workshop day and grading. I found the day and information very useful, especially the advice from yourself and Colin. I know you are newly established but I really think you will expand rapidly as there really is a space in the market for a governing body that is not burdened with politics and personalities. You are benefiting your members and your coaches and that in return will benefit you. I work full time but where possible I will try to help raise your profile in N.Ireland, there are a lot of clubs and I'll be in contact with them so I will do my best and look forward to the day where you are able to come to Ireland to run some event, I'd be more than willing to help you organise. Regards Malachy

Hi Paul, The Certificate has arrived, its brilliant, thanks. Regards Dave
After many years of being told what I can and cannot do by overbearing supposedly top instructors on big ego trips and suddenly finding them grading themselves without informing anybody I felt it was time to move on joined Imasa have not looked back since very professional and helpful.
I am just reaching the end of my first year's association with IMASA - and what a year it has been. Thanks to IMASA's excellent, no fuss, quick response, professional service I have been able to concentrate on running my club the way I want to with Paul Chambers' ongoing support. My club has flourished over the past 12 months and this is due in part to the excellent service I have received from being a member of IMASA. Paul has the interests of individual clubs at heart and always strives to provide a politics-free support in all we endeavour to do. This is why I am renewing my club's membership with IMASA for another year and anticipate a long membership with the association for many years to come.
Chief Instructor, Hidden Dragon Karate-Do
A number of fellow martial artists and I left our very well-known style to form our own, minus the divisive politics. Initially we stayed with the same equally well-known national governing body, but after a few months decided to move to IMASA. I for one have not looked back since. Paul Chambers and IMASA have made the transition incredibly easy. The IMASA attitude towards martial arts is truly refreshing - they don't overcharge, interfere, or preach to their members; but offer support, advice and guidance if requested. Every time I have had cause to contact Paul I have found him professional, friendly and helpful. Highly Recommended "Ben Plows, Instructor, Junsui Ryu Jujitsu, Sussex and Kent. www.jsrjujitsu.com"
Martial Arts without the Egos - bliss!!!
What a fantastic set up. No egos, no demands, no interference. In the time I and my students have been with IMASA we have had nothing but great prompt service. I have to say Paul that it has been a long time since I have met someone with a sense of humour like my own. A warm and friendly approach at anytime you have been contacted. An absolute gentleman and a model of how an organisation should be run. Good luck for the future.

Hi Paul, just want to say a big thanks to you at Imasa, we have been with you for one year now and it is just great not having to work with prima donnas.
I came to IMASA several months ago from a larger organisation and I am so glad that I did. I have been involved with martial arts for nearly 22 years now and IMASA provide my clubs with exactly what I need with minimal fuss and no politics (finally!). Service is good, advice is always available and paperwork is up to date. Thank you to Paul and the team for your efforts so far.

Now in my 6th month with IMASA after setting up my own not for profit club. Paul has the patience of a saint and his help has been invaluable. Pricing is critical to my club and IMASA provide all we need at highly affordable costs. Paul's guidance has taken the stress away, allowing me to concentrate my teaching. Looking forward to doing the first club grading soon. Thanks Paul & IMASA

Many thanks for the attached certificates of insurance and club registration.
On behalf of our Senior Instructor and all the students and parents, I would like to thank you and all at IMASA, for making our first year a success.
Having the backing of such a friendly and helpful Association, has ensured that the club became solid in a very short space of time and has raised the profile of the club in the area.
Many Thanks again
