We support and welcome Sport Committee’s in-so-far that it is in the interests of Sportsmanship, Fellowship and Comradery.
Each member Sport can set up a Technical and Advisory Sub-Committee (Local, Regional and National) - All Committee's must abide by the IMASA ethos of being Non-Political, and agree to help not hinder any Club/Instructor's reasonable requests.
All new members are welcome to join any Advisory team and or even start a Technical & Advisory sub-committee within their chosen style - if you would like to make a difference please state within your membership application, and you will be given the opportunity to join your selected art or sport committee, were applicable
We encourage our members to make a difference - if you would like to volunteer your services and give help and advise when needed just drop Paul a line and we will gladly add you to our Advisors, Representatives page. (Open to all IMASA members).
No Club or Member should feel pressured into any Policy decisions made through a Sub-Committee, and it would go against the IMASA guidlines to do so (its your Club, you can make your own decisions) - Baring Safety and Legal Legislation's.
IMASA does not need or want Power Hungry Dictators
IMASA does not accept responsibilities or of any Liabilities that could arise from decisions made by a Sport Committee's or its members, unless expressly given in writing.
